Bat-Mite is a strange imp from the Fifth Dimension and a major character in the Non-Disney vs. DC Villains War, being one of the forces who sets the entire story in motion. A near-all-powerful creature, Bat-Mite claims to be Batman's biggest fan, using his powers to put his hero in situations designed to test his skills, but more often than not ends up being a dangerous nuisance to the Dark Knight.

When his favorite TV show featuring Batman was canceled, Bat-Mite recruited fellow reality-warper Discord to put together a new world where the greatest villains of the DC Universe battled other dark forces, all in an effort to alleviate his boredom.
