Baxter Stockman is is one of the many versions of the Ninja Turtles' nemesis in the TMNT multiverse. Unlike other versions, this Baxter is more of a comic relief villain than a sociopathic scientist. This version makes a significant role in the final events of the Non Disney Villains Tournament.
