The Bowler Hat Guy (full name Michael "Goob" Yagoobian) is the main, later reformed, antagonist of the Disney's animated film Meet the Robinsons.
A long-standing nemesis of Lewis, ever since he, accidentally, ruined his baseball career, the Bowler Hat Guy lacks in both intelligence and muscle work, relying on Lewis' corrupted and twisted creation, DOR-15, to do his dirty tricks, only to be dissed by the latter, when he is no longer use to her.
He appears as a bit fighter in the homemade round of Disney Villains War, as well as in Disney vs. Anime Villains and Animated vs. Video Game Villains Wars, while he also plays a major role in the second Disney Heroes vs. Villains War.
