Cortez's Conquistadors are the explorer-soldiers serving the conquistador Hernado Cortez, and the secondary villains of the Dreamworks animated film The Road to El Dorado. They are minor players in the villain tournaments.

Imprisoning Tzekel Kan[]
Cortez's conquistadors appear in El Dorado alongside with Cortez, Ratcliffe and his army on behalf of Frollo to arrest the shaman, Tzekel Kan. After a short fight, Tzekel Kan was powerless before his enemies. Taking advantage of his weakness, the warriors of Cortez capture him and depart to Paris to have Kan imprisoned.
Heroes Vs Villains War[]
Cortez's Warriors appear slightly during the events of this war. They are seen aiding the armies of Ratcliffe and the Colonel in the battle against the Powhatan Warriors. It is unknown what happened to them afterwards following Cortez assassination by Tyler.
