Count Nikolas Rokoff is a calculating Russian count and an antagonist of the Disney animated television series, The Legend of Tarzan. He plays a minor role in both the second Disney Vs Non Disney Villains War and the second Disney Vs Marvel Villains War.

Mr. Sinister called upon Judge Claude Frollo of France, Count Nikolas Rokoff of Russia, and King Duncan of Scotland, hoping to foge an aliiance in a mission to revive Apocalypse. However, he instead gained three new enemies, as the ideals of Apocalypse discomforted Duncan, challenged Rokoff, and enraged Frollo. Rokoff left the meeting seeing the situation as a game of chess. It is his goal to collect all of the other pieces, and ultimatley come out on top.
Vs Sauron[]
Rokoff makes his first move by approaching Judge Claude Frollo with information on Mr. Sinister's secret base in the Savage Lands. Rokoff suggests that they launch an invasion, an idea that Frollo supports by sending McLeach on the mission alongside Rokoff, as well as several henchmen. Upon their arrival in the Savage Lands, Rokoff and his group find themselves ambushed by Sauron and his forces, whom were sent by Mr. Sinister. Rokoff and his goons manage to fight off Sauron's minions. McLeach arrived and assisted Rokoff in battle. Sauron, hoping to end the battle quickly, takes control of a group of jungle cats that emerged from a small cave, and chase after Rokoff's men. McLeach tries to shoot them, but fails to hit his mark, as the cats, fearing McLeach's fire power, change course and chase after Rokoff. Rokoff ultimatley turns tail and runs, the cats following him. It is assumed he either escaped from the Savage Lands, or was killed by the cats, much to the amusement of McLeach.
