Felicia is a massive and obese cat, owned by the criminal mastermind, Professor Ratigan, usually serving him as a means to an end for the pitiful and failed minions of his, by devouring them alive. Felicia plays a minor role in the villains tournaments.

Initially, Felicia is controlled by Ratigan, in the homemade round submission, sent by her master to devour a rodent, that oddly enough resemble an earlier incarnation of Pete. By the time Ratigan perishes, Jafar takes control of the cat. When facing off Hades, Jafar summons Felicia and transforms her into a gargantuan size of her image. Still, she is no match against Hades' bloodthirst dog, Cerberus, who pursuit the massive cat. Due to her inability of sprint, Felicia's fate is sealed soon enough, as Cerberus tears her apart.
Disney Heroes Vs Villains War
Felicia is featured as one of Lucifer's partners-in-crime, during a confrontation with the League of Extraordinary Gentlemice, at the Horned King's citadel. Despite her efforts, Felicia is driven away by the wrath of Basil's hound dog, Toby, forcing her to climb a high platform, unable for the dog to catch her. However, she meets her demise, when she lands on the other side of the platform, meeting face to face with the Horned King's personal dog. Felicia has enough time to scream, before she is torn apart by the Horned King's dog.

First Fright
Summoned by Ratigan, after the criminal fails to negotiate with the heroes, Tom and Jerry, Felicia meets face to face with the two animal heroes, before she gets the chance to kill them. However, an unexpected forces comes to aid the heroes, as Rowf and Snitter come to the rescue, frightening the cat. Distracted by the sudden diversion, Jerry opens a sewer gate, from underneath, causing Felicia to trip over and fall to the sewer. She has not been seen since then.
