Wario vs Xigbar

The Organization Xlll's Leader sends Xigbar to take out one of Ganon's minions, to eliminate all of the subspace bombs. Wario at first is surprised but this might be a great challenge.

Waluigi vs Dr.Doofenshmirtz

Fearing that Dr. Heinz might help Syndrome forces, Dr. Cortex sends Wario's brother Waluigi to defeat this mad doctor before Syndrome wants his help, promising to tell what happened to his brother, Waluigi goes to Doofenshmirtz Evil. Inc and tricks the doctor's robot, Heinz still has a powerful robot. Is Walugi ready to face Doofenshmirtz?

Impressed

Cortex give's the coordinates about Syndrome's base to Wolf to his spaceship. The Wario Bros. impressed of the doctor's robot prepare their things for the great battle. Cortex starts  the operation : "Destroy the Threat".

Vs Boogie Forces

Cortex with the rest of his team, goes to Syndrome's base to stop his plan. Still Oogie infiltrates Cortex Airship in an attempt to kill the doctor, Cortex calling the Wario brothers to destroy the sack of bugs Oogie calls the Grim Reaper and Phantom Blot making Wario and Walugi to run for their lives. Cortex unimpressed decides to deal both monster by himself, but Oogie disagree and the Grim Reaper attacks the mad doctor enjoying Cortex suffering sends the Phantom Blot after the Wario Bros. Meanwhile Wolf contacts his real boss: Ganondorf and tells to wait for the signal. Cortex recovers from his wounds and destroys the Grim Reaper surprised the Phantom Blot decides to extinguish the Wario Bros. life forever but just when the monster of blot maked his move, Wolf interferes and destroys the monster for good. All the fight is observed by Syndrome and activates the laser canons to destroy Cortex Airship, Oogie explains that their little fight was just too entertaining Cortex so Syndrome had the chance to destroy the Airship, with all the talking Wario attack the sack of bugs defeating the Oogie Boogie for good. Cortex decides to make a hesitant retreat and everyone goes toe their ships to evacuate the Airship.

Vs Syndrome Forces

Cortex and the rest of his team survive the explosion and everyone goes to their ships and begin to an assault at Syndrome's base Ganondorf sends a full blast to Syndrome's laser Cannons. But the Emperor appears right in front of Syndrome and Gothel informing that it's time to make a counter attack, then again the Wario Bros. enter the scene Zurg decides to deal with both plumbers personally Wario uses the Bob-omb launcher 2000, Waluigi gives the coordinates and attacks Zurg avoids the attack but its sent Syndromes people and killing them in the process. Zurg reacts quickly and attacks them by sending them at the sky, the Wario Brothers try again to attack but Zurg still avoids them and sending them a full blast defeating both clowns. Syndrome awakes and the Wario bros arrive at the scene with no signs of Wolf the base explode's with the Subspace Bomb.

Wario vs Pete

After learning of Bowser's battle with Hades, Wario wanted to go see one of Maleficent's allies on the field of battle himself. And he came across Pete. Little did he know that Pete had come prepared with a heartless named Guard Armor. However, Wario fired a single shot from his blaster cannon and destroyed the Guard Armor in one shot. Pete then retreated.

Against Maleficent Forces (only Wario)

Now that their defenses had been destroyed, Maleficent, Jafar, Tai Lung, Pete, a Shadow Clone of Oogie Boogie (Made by the bag of bugs himself so he could still recover at the base) and Master Xehanort entered the scene. They were immediately attacked by Wario, Gruntilda and her sisters, Bowser, Ganondorf, Kefka, and Kuja. Right off the bat, Tai Lung was able to crush both of Grunty's sisters causing the bag of bones to temporary flee. Bowser fired his cannon at the clone which easily disposed of it. Though Tai Lung and Jafar easily destroyed the cannon, Grunty returned in a huge tank to protect herself and started firing one huge spell. But when Maleficent made Gruntilda drop the spell things got explosive. After watching the tank explode, Wario decided that if he stayed around, he'd end up like Gruntilda and left the battlefield, Bowser joined him shortly after a failed battle with Pete.

Wario and Waluigi (Stupid Mario Bros)

War of The Villains

Wario and Waluigi took a warp pipe to Agrabah after being chased by King Bowser Koopa (due to a failed robbery attempted to be preformed by the two). In Agrabah, they were chased by Razoul and the rest of the Sultan's Guards. Just then, Waluigi found a secret passage to Jafar's Quarters, who offered the both of them the opportunity to be rich beyond belief if they agreed to help him get back at The Sultan. Ever-greedy (and ever-foolish), Wario and Waluigi would not budge unless given the payment immediately. So, they attempted to blow up the palace with Bob-Ombs. However, Jafar's superior sorcerery led them to be blown off their Bob-Omb Blaster, and accidentally fire one more into the air, and plummeting down on the two, killing them.

Wario vs Hades:

Wario First Appeared When Hades first Arrived to the Multiverse to Try and Find Some Allies And He Comes Across Wario and Wario Decided to Defeat Hades But Hades Managed to Defeat Him.

Waluigi vs. Captain Hook:

AUTO had Made a Deal with Wario's Brother: Waluigi That If He Defeats Captain Hook. He Would Team up Wario Again and AUTO can Recruit Them to His Forces. And Waluigi Successfully Defeated Captain Hook and Send Him to the Animated Universe. He Finally Got His Reward.

War of the Multiverse:

Wario and Waluigi were one of AUTO and Dr Cortex's Allies to Attack Maleficent and Master Hand's Forces and During the War They Tried to Destroy Maleficent But They Failed. Towards the end of the War They Destroyed Syndrome When He Tried to Escaped and Successfully Made AUTO and Dr Cortex Won the War.

Being Replaced:

When AUTO and Dr Cortex Decided to Fired Both Bowser Junior and The Wario Brothers Because They are Now Replaced with Mother Gothel.

Wario and Waluigi vs. Master Hand:

Master Hand Has New Upgrade Powers (Thanks to Ganondorf.) And He Decided to Destroy The Wario Brothers And They Unfortunately Failed to Destroy Master Hand and Retreat.

Encounter with Megatron:

While The Wario Brothers Managed to Retreat They Come Across Megatron And They Think Bowser Jr Could Find Him Useful.

With the Second War Rising Bowser Junior Told The Wario Brothers Their New Goal Is to: Rule the Multiverse. So He Orders Them to Defeat Diesel 10 and They Successfully Done the Task.

Wario and Waluigi Introduced Bowser Junior to Megatron Because They Still Think He Could Be Useful For Bowser Junior's Army to Rule the Multiverse so When Mephiles Arrives to Kill Them Megatron Volunteers to Terminate Mephiles For Bowser Jr.

Waluigi was feeling depressed due to being known as a copy of Wario until Hawkmoth arrived and decided to akumatize Waluigi and give him powers if he serves him in which he agrees.After recieving his powers,Waluigi decided to start akumatizing some people for Hawkmoth,by starting with a famous warrior known as Mor'Du,by transforming him into a bear and sending him to cause chaos across the forest.
