The Gluttons are minor nuisances in the video game, and the resulted anime film adaptation, Dante's Inferno. A group of damned souls, condemned in the third circle of Hell, by Lucifer, in the form of obese monstrosities, the Gluttons are briefly featured in the final events of the second Disney vs. Non-Disney Villains War.

The Gluttons are amongst the souls, who attempt to make their way out of the hellish landscape, only to be confronted by Hell's third circle's guardian, Cerberus. The monster devours every gluttonous soul, that it is encountering. Frollo, also one of the damned souls, attempts to encourage the gluttons to fight back. However, they are no match, against the demon's ferocity, forcing the judge to look for an alternate way of escaping Hell. The gluttons are not seen again for the rest of the war.
