Kal is the son of Kalabar and the primary antagonist of the Disney film, Halloweentown 2: Kalabar's Revenge. Arrogant and brash, Kal is a malevolent warlock with grandiose plans of taking over two worlds. In the second Disney Vs Non Disney Villains War, he is the prophetic child destined to destroy Bavmorda.

Kal is prophesied early on to destroy Bavmorda. Jareth, the Goblin King, plans to kidnap Kal and kill him so that the evil queen's reign may last. He is in the middle of asking Kal to come away with him when the Sanderson Sisters arrive. The witches perform a rousing rendition of "I Put a Spell On You," a gesture Kal greatly appreciates. He scorns Jareth's offer and joins the witches' alliance.
New Tutelage[]
The Sandersons deliver Kal to Maxim Horvath, the leader of the Morganians. As Horvath details the plight of the Morganians and the cruelty of Bavmorda, Kal can only smile. He appreciates his new position and readies himself for the battles ahead.
Beating Bavmorda[]
Kal joins Horvath in the invasion of Nockmaar, Bavmorda's fortress. When Maxim Horvath has trouble defeating Evil Genius, Kal distracts the enemy with a magic spell. Horvath seizes the opportunity to kill Evil Genius in the meantime. The two then proceed into Bavmorda's lair. Bavmorda is just about to enact a ritual to banish Kal from the universe. As Bavmorda knocks Horvath away, Kal wraps her hand in enchanted vines. She, however, turns them to stone and crumbles them into dust. When Bavmorda proceed to mock the young Kal, the enraged sorcerer fires a bolt of lightning at her. This actually triggers the ritual too early: as a result, both Kal and Bavmorda are banished to a world between life and death.
