Ms. Li is a minor, yet important character, in the animated series, Batman: Under the Hood, featured as the secretary of the crime lord, Black Mask. She is featured on several occassions on the Non-Disney vs. DC Villains War.

Ms. Li appears, amongst Black Mask's men, as the crime lord, hires Deathstroke to deal with Roman Torchwick. When the assassin fails, Black Mask decides to reiterates his intentions, while Ms. Li is left unexpressed about her boss' goals.
