Rattlor is a member of the Snake Men and a secondary character in the Filmation's television series, "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe". A rattle snake figure, Rattlor appears prieviously as an Evil Horde, before he would pledge his loyalties to King Hiss. Rattlor is a secondary player in the third part of Disney vs. Non-Disney Villains War.
