Ratty (full name Water Rat) is a friend of Mr. Toad who joined up with Aladdin and Hercules' resistance movement when he heard that Toad was imprisoned by Frollo's forces. Though not much of a fighter, he provides what help he can in Disney Heroes vs Villains.
