Snipes is the tritagonist of the Don Bluth's animated movie, Rock-A-Doodle. A former rival of Chanticleer, Snipes is an intelligent magpie who loves the idea of living in a large city. He once embarked on a journey, along with Edmond and his companions, to find Chanticleer and battle the wicked Grand Duke of Owls, becoming one of the experts of the team. He plays a supportive role in Heroes vs. Villains War, assisting Edmond and his friends in their battles against the forces of evil.
