The Captain is the silent bodyguard of the Major and the trump card and powerful weapon of the Millennium Nazi faction. Though not seemed to serve the psychopath's goals for everlasting war, the Captain still remains at the side of the Major. First appearing as one of the secondary villains of the manga, Hellsing, and its corresponding anime series, Hellsing: Ultimate, the Captain appears as a secondary player in the third Disney vs. Non-Disney Villains War and the first Non-Disney Villains Tournament.

The Captain makes a cameo appearance in the assault on London, watching the Major's bombing in the capital of the United Kingdom. He assumes his real role when the Major announches his next phase by toppling down the new empire of Cobra Commander, along with his new partner newest recruit Walter.
