William Magnus (known Will Magnus in short) is a brilliant robotic engineer, with mental issues, as well as the creator of the artificial machines and lethal assassins, the Metal Men. He is arguably one of the darkest and tragic characters in the DC community.
He also appears as the secondary, and later reformed, antagonist of the animated feature film, Justice League: Gods and Monsters, reprising his role, to that of the original series and comics. That said portrayal of the character briefly appears in the Non-Disney vs. DC Villains War.
Non-Disney Vs DC Villains War[]
Will Magnus is called in a meeting by Dr. Sivana, along with several other scientists. The meeting is interrupted by the arrival of Black Knight, and of the Rooters, who send their elite warriors, the Metal Men, not created by Magnus in this continuity, to dispose of Sivana and his men. He is not seen killed by the robots, therefore it is unknown if he has survived the assault.
